DELIVERY 

We aim to dispatch orders within 7-10 working days. If you need your item urgently, please email us and we will try get it out sooner. Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday – Friday) only, not including bank holidays or any other holiday periods specified by us. All our orders are dispatched using Parcelforce, please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed.

We offer free shipping in the UK for orders over £100. Please contact us directly at info@graniteandsmoke.com for all EU + International shipping enquiries. Please allow 3-17 days for International shipping. Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs charges/duties & taxes in the delivery country.

Please check your emails including junk folder for your delivery dispatch emails.
